Its been Awhile

Hey everyone sorry that i have not been on this for awhile life has been crazy. I leave for Ukraine in 12 days and i cant not wait! i will try to get on here and update possibly if i am there but more then likely i will bot be able to get on the internet. Thank you all for your prayers and thoughts. I will try to update when i get a chance.

Intensive Training Week

Intensive Training Week, ITW

For a little intensive training weekend my International Service Project team here at school put together a 3 day training weekend for all the teams that would be traveling this summer over-seas. This weekend which, was from Friday February 6th-Sunday the 8th, dealt with different issues you could find yourself in over-seas; team building activities, your teams walk with God, your own personal walk with God, and many assimilations that we found ourselves engulfed in new and different cultures. Even though after the weekend was over me and my team were extremely tired this weekend was a great aspect of my team and my own understanding of what it means to go on this trip really revieled its self to me. I can not wait to see where God is going to take not only me but my team as we grow with Him and each other the next couple months

Raising the Money

Today I helped (well sat and watched) my parents with a yard sale to help raise money for my ISP trip.....We surprised ourselves and made some good money.....I am excited to say that I have officially started getting money for my trip!!

Ukraine in the Membrane

It is starting to become a reality that I am going to Ukraine, even though i was told 3 days ago it just now seemed to hit me. For 3 weeks (21 day) i will be privilege to be spending time in Ukraine on an ISP (International service project) through my school. Me and 7 students and 2 professors will be traveling many miles to work with some amazing children. We will be working in 3 different camps for children who have physical or mental disability. Not sure any more then that but as the progress increases i will inform you all of the news on Ukraine 09!
